Client Work
A look at what we've built. Real projects, real problems, real outcomes.
Everything works end-to-end before it ships
AI is part of how the product works, not bolted on after the fact
You own everything we build. No ongoing fees to us, no platform dependency
Based in the Hudson Valley, available to meet in person
Two projects. Two very different problems.
One consistent approach: build the right thing.
The Challenge
A medical education company teaching physicians and other healthcare professionals needed their own website to sell and deliver video courses. They were paying fees to third-party platforms and didn't own their own student list. They wanted a site where they could sell access to individual courses or an all-you-can-watch subscription, control who gets in, and manage everything themselves.
What Was Built
A custom website where students can browse courses, pay, and immediately start watching. Videos are hosted securely so they can't be shared or downloaded without permission. Payments are handled automatically. The admin panel lets the client add courses, upload videos straight from Google Drive, and manage who has access to what — including giving free access to partners or students they want to comp.
The Result
The client now runs everything from one place they own outright. No platform taking a cut, no monthly fees to a course marketplace. Videos go up in one click. The client has their full student list, controls pricing, and can make changes whenever they want without waiting on anyone else.
The Challenge
A specialty beverage company had a field sales team visiting hundreds of stores across multiple states. They were tracking everything in spreadsheets — who they'd contacted, when, what was ordered, what to follow up on. It was messy, things were falling through the cracks, and the reps were spending more time on paperwork than on selling.
What Was Built
A custom sales tool built specifically for how their team works. Reps can pull up any store, see the full history of orders, meetings, and emails in one place, and know exactly when to follow up. Outreach emails go out automatically on a schedule. AI reads through an account's history and writes a plain-English summary before a visit — so reps walk in knowing what was last ordered, what was liked, and what to bring up. There's also a chat interface where reps can just type what they need ("log a meeting with Crown Liquor, they want to try the IPA") and it handles it.
The Result
The team has one place for everything. Nothing falls through the cracks. Follow-up emails go out automatically. Reps spend less time on admin and more time in front of buyers. The AI briefing before a store visit means they show up prepared instead of scrambling to remember the last conversation. There's also a map that shows nearby stores they haven't visited yet, so reps can make the most of time in a new area.
Other types of businesses we've helped
Every business is different. These are the patterns we see most often, and where AI reliably delivers.
Law & Accounting Firms
Document drafting, client communication templates, meeting summaries, and administrative workflows. Professionals are often surprised how much billable time they reclaim.
Retail & Boutiques
Product description writing, social media content, inventory-triggered emails, and customer follow-up. Especially valuable for seasonal businesses with frequent inventory changes.
Home Services
Estimate follow-ups, review request automation, booking confirmation sequences, and customer communication templates. Contractors often gain back hours every week.
